“Come join us for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation For Body Acceptance! Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, the awareness of the oure energy that is held within each of us. Through the use of Kriya (exercise set), mantra (chanting), pranayama (breath work), and meditation, we will awaken this energy to each of the chakras (energy centers) of the body. Each class will end with a full body relaxation. Please dress comfortably, bring a mat or a blanket, along with a pillow and a covering to use during relaxation, and also a bottle of water to stay hydrated during class.

Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation (1 1/4 hours)
This class will be geared for newcomers interested in learning Kundalini Yoga. It is also a great class for those already familiar with Kundalini Yoga, who want to refresh their memories of the basics. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. This class will introduce the use of breath, mantra, postures/exercise sets, meditation, and relaxation, as well as techniques for stress and tension release. Dress comfortably, bring a mat, pillow, and water.
Conscious Breath Workshop (1 1/4 hours)
This class will focus on different breath techniques to de-stress and relax. You will leave this class with concrete weapons against stress to help you to live a calmer, healthier life. Using Kundalini Yoga, you will learn how to positively benefit your daily life using pranayama (breath exercises). We will discuss the importance of ‘prana’, your breath. A variety of breathing techniques will be taught, among them, stress relief, relaxation, tension release, energizing, and ‘breath of fire’. Dress comfortably, bring a mat, pillow, and water.
Introduction To The Chakras
This workshop will introduce the chakras, the energy centers in your body. You will learn the importance of these chakras and how they affect your life. Using techniques from Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, we will work on opening each of these chakras, to learn how to let our natural energies flow, to become more centered, balanced, and focused for a healthier, happier life.
The Chakras – 7 Week Course
This 7 week course will pick up where the Introduction to the Chakra Workshop left off. Each week we will delve more deeply into each individual chakra. Using pranayama (breath work), kriyas/asanas (exercises), and meditation, you will learn how to more fully open and develop the power that each chakra offers.
